Experience Required: 6+ years of experience in Sales, with 2+ years of experience in team handling within Higher Education Sales.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International MBA/DBA Team Leader / Deputy Manager to lead a team of counselors/advisors responsible for driving admissions for International MBA or DBA programs. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and experience in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of admission counselors to achieve monthly targets.
• Drive enrolments for international MBA /DBA programs.
• Monitor daily productivity, calls, follow-ups, and conversions of the team.
• Train and mentor team members on counselling techniques and product knowledge.
• Handle escalations and provide solutions to students/working professionals.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the admission journey.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and team performance
Required Skills:
• Strong team handling and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MBA programs
• Strong sales closing and objection handling skills.
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
• Graduation is mandatory.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales / Higher Education / EdTech.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling.
