Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the sales team to meet and exceed targets, develop strategies to drive business growth, and monitor performance metrics. The role involves managing team operations, staying aligned with customer needs, and fostering effective communication across departments. Additional responsibilities include providing day-to-day support, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

- Experience in managing sales operations in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
