Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of sales professionals, develop strategies to meet sales goals, and establish strong client relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, fostering team collaboration, resolving client issues, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer service techniques.

- Experience in Team Management and Leadership
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven track record in achieving Sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales leadership role is an advantage
