About the Company
The Team Lead – Membership drives B2B member onboarding, account growth, and transactional engagement across Agra. You will lead an on-field team of Business Development Associates (BDAs), enforce structured beat plans, and acquire new B2B accounts to scale FMCG sales volume.

Responsibilities
- B2B Account Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive regional member registration targeting Kirana stores, traders, HoReCa, and local institutions.
- Verify business legitimacy by ensuring all new members hold valid statutory commercial licenses.
- Pitch specific platform value propositions including digital 24x7 ordering, doorstep delivery solutions, and available B2B credit facilities.
- Team Management & Field Execution
- Lead, mentor, and facilitate the daily performance of field Business Development Associates (BDAs).
- Enforce daily beat plans and systematic field routines to ensure optimal market coverage.
- Conduct regular on-the-field training sessions covering FMCG assortment pitches, digital app adoption, and objection handling.
- Portfolio Engagement & Revenue Growth
- Analyze member buying behaviors to address assortment gaps and scale individual basket sizes.
- Re-engage inactive and lapsed B2B buyers to improve recurring store visits and application transactions.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to communicate competitive local market prices and required stock assortments.
- Process, Digital, & Operations Alignment
- Promote the migration of physical buyers onto digital payment and self-service online ordering tools.
- Coordinate alongside store operations and third-party logistics desks to close the loop from order booking to final delivery.
- Track field data entries via CRM platforms to maintain pipeline visibility for regional sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of aggressive field sales, area sales, or account management experience.
- Mandatory Domain: Direct experience handling General Trade (GT), FMCG distribution, or HoReCa clients.
- Leadership: Demonstrated potential or prior experience supervising on-field sales executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Agra’s wholesale commercial hubs, local market demographics, and Hindi fluency.
Required Skills
- Structured field execution and beat planning capabilities.
- High-volume negotiation skills adapted for local independent business owners.
- Proficiency in digital productivity tools, data analysis via MS Excel, and mobile CRM applications.

Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 NTH (Net Take Home) per month (Final offer depends entirely on current CTC / last drawn salary).
- Incentives: Performance-driven monthly sales incentives.
- Allowances: Monthly travel/fuel and mobile reimbursements.
- Benefits: PF, ESIC, and Medical Insurance as per company policy.
