Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the performance and activities of the sales team, set performance goals, and provide effective coaching and support for team members. Responsibilities also include developing strategies to meet sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in all interactions.

- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills
- Proficient in Sales techniques and target achievement strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for tracking and improving team performance
- Proven experience in building and fostering client relationships
- Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their full potential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage
