Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and scale our real estate sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue, and closing high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales executives
- Drive property sales across residential, commercial, and land segments
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Generate leads and convert them into successful deals
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
- Build relationships with property owners, builders, and clients
- Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures
Requirements- 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Prior team handling experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
