Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead – Admissions to manage and mentor a team promoting undergraduate and postgraduate programs while driving student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Business Development Executives.
- Drive team and individual enrollment targets.
- Coach and mentor the team on sales strategies and conversions.
- Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Track performance and share regular sales reports with leadership.
- Improve sales processes to maximize admissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of sales experience, including 6+ months of leadership experience specifically in Online UG & PG program sales.
- Proven ability to manage teams and consistently achieve targets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
