Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi for various positions within our Sales Team. Responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Team members will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market research and analytical capabilities to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- A results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving business goals.
- Experience in sales within the region or familiarity with the local market dynamics is advantageous.
