Job Overview
- We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle telecalling, inbound and outbound sales calls, and manage reception/front office operations.
- The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to support day-to-day office activities as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle telecalling and client follow-ups
- Attend inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Manage sales leads
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project information
- Maintain records and coordinate with internal teams
- Support day-to-day office operations as per business requirements
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA, MBA, B.Com, or Any Graduate
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory
