Sales & Support Trainer 📍 Delhi NCR | Full Time | Up to ₹40,000/month
At Bachatt, we're on a mission to help India's self-employed population — shopkeepers, gig workers, and daily earners — build the habit of smart daily savings. With SIPs starting at just ₹51/day in trusted mutual funds, we're making wealth-building simple and accessible for every Indian.
We're now looking for a hands-on Sales & Support Trainer who can turn new hires into confident, product-fluent performers across both inside sales and customer support.
This is a build-from-scratch role — you'll design the curriculum, content, and certification standards the entire team runs on.
What you'll own: 🔹 Onboard every new sales & support hire on Bachatt's product — SIPs, mutual funds, KYC, UPI mandates & more 🔹 Train callers on pitching, objection handling & closing SIP activations 🔹 Coach support agents (voice/chat) on resolving queries within SLAs with empathy 🔹 Design training modules, mock calls, role-plays & quick-reference guides 🔹 Certify agents through assessments & mock evaluations before they go live 🔹 Audit calls & chats for quality and run focused coaching loops
You're the one if you have: ✅ 2+ years in training, L&D, or quality coaching — preferably for sales/support teams ✅ Strong communication in Hindi & English — you can explain finance simply ✅ Comfort with financial products like mutual funds & SIPs (or eager to learn fast) ✅ Familiarity with CRM/telephony tools like Zoho, Freshdesk, or Exotel ✅ Ability to create decks, scripts, role-plays & assessments from scratch ✅ Prior experience in a fintech, startup, or BFSI environment is a big plus
