Job Purpose:
Candidate is responsible for managing the complete tendering process, including identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender requirements, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of accurate and compliant proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission guidelines.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams for required inputs.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bids, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status reports.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and tender authorities for clarifications and follow-ups.
- Support post-submission activities such as queries, negotiations, and documentation updates.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of tendering and bid submission processes.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related documentation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in tendering, procurement, or business development preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience with government or private tender portals will be an added advantage.
