Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales Support Specialist will assist with sales operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide superior customer service. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, supporting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the coordination and execution of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Customer Service to manage customer interactions and support sales initiatives effectively
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and a commitment to addressing client needs efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving service processes
- Relevant experience or exposure in luxury retail or leather goods industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Salary = 25-30k
