Job Summary:
The Sales Support / Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales process from RFQ stage to order execution and dispatch coordination. The role involves evaluating customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial quotations, managing CRM and ERP entries, coordinating with principals and internal teams, and ensuring timely order processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle RFQs from customers and identify suitable products from our portfolio or equivalent brands.
- Prepare and send techno-commercial quotations to customers.
- Enter and track leads and enquiries in CRM.
- Follow up on quotations to improve RFQ-to-order conversion.
- Review customer orders against quotations and enter orders in ERP.
- Send Order Acknowledgement (OA) to customers.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics team for dispatch.
- Arrange materials from principal companies if not available in stock.
- Maintain Sales Funnel and MIS reports for assigned brands.
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics), MBA preferred.
Experience:
Fresher to 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination.
