Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage customer and order-related documentation, coordinate across departments, and support early-stage sales activities. This role requires strong follow-up skills, system discipline, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Customer Documentation
• Maintain and update customer records, enquiries, quotations, and order details in ERP/system.
• Ensure all order-related documentation is accurate, updated, and easily traceable. • Track order lifecycle from enquiry to dispatch.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams for order execution.
• Follow up on dependencies such as material availability, production timelines, and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure alignment between customer commitments and internal execution.
3. ERP Discipline & Data Accuracy
• Ensure all departments update required data in ERP/system on time.
• Follow up internally to maintain complete and accurate records.
• Generate basic MIS reports related to orders, enquiries, and deliveries.
4. Lead Generation Support
• Monitor platforms like IndiaMART, GeM, Google enquiries, and other inbound channels.
• Identify relevant leads and initiate first-level communication.
• Share qualified leads with the sales team once positive traction is established.
5. Multi-Functional Support
• Support internal coordination activities across departments.
• Assist in internal event coordination, meetings, and company initiatives when required.

• Accuracy and completeness of ERP data
• Timely order tracking and follow-ups
• Responsiveness to customer enquiries
• Quality and quantity of qualified leads passed to sales
• Coordination efficiency across departments
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Graduate (Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration)
• 2–5 years experience in sales coordination / operations in manufacturing setup
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Skills Required
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Good communication (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
• Attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
