About the Role:
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: 15K/ month
- Work mode: Full-time, in office
- Conversion: Open to permanent conversion depending on performance
Our sales team is scaling fast. Inbound RFQs, seller callbacks, and re-engagement touchpoints are multiplying and the follow-up layer is the gap we need to close. This role exists to make sure no seller waits, no callback slips, and no warm conversation goes cold.
Responsibilities:
Missed Call & Callback Management
- Monitor the shared Xhipment sales inbox and CRM daily for missed calls, voicemails, and unanswered WhatsApp threads
- Reach out to sellers who didn’t pick up within 2–4 hours via call, WhatsApp, or email
- Log every attempt in the CRM with outcome and next action
- Escalate to the senior sales rep if a prospect remains unreachable after 3 attempts
Drop Seller Re-engagement
- Pull dormant seller lists from the CRM — sellers who quoted but haven’t shipped, or went quiet after 30/ 60/ 90 days
- Send personalised re-engagement messages or make warm check-in calls, tailored to the seller’s category and last interaction
- Share relevant rate updates, case studies, or Xhipment service highlights to revive interest
- Track outcomes and surface re-activated opportunities back to the assigned sales rep
Ad-Hoc Sales Support
- Prepare seller research briefs before discovery calls — Amazon storefront, product categories, shipping volumes where available
- Update and clean CRM records — contact info, deal stages, notes, and tags
- Assist in preparing outreach sequences and email templates for IN→US lane campaigns Compile weekly pipeline status reports for the sales team lead
- Coordinate scheduling of follow-up calls between sellers and senior reps
What are we looking for?
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; Hindi is a plus for seller calls
- Comfortable making cold and warm calls without hesitation
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple follow-up threads simultaneously
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Available to work hours that overlap with US business hours (evening IST preferred)
- Curiosity about cross-border e-commerce and logistics is a strong advantage
