Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support (Freight Forwarding) professional located in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the sales team in managing client relationships, handling queries related to freight forwarding and export operations, coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflows, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position contributes to streamlining freight transportation processes and maintaining consistent communication with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
- Knowledge and experience in Export operations and compliance
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Familiarity with industry documentation processes and operational requirements
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and a proactive approach to learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
