Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support professional specializing in freight forwarding. The position is based in Mumbai, India. Responsibilities include assisting with sales operations, supporting customer service activities, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and providing analytical insights to improve sales and operational efficiency. The role also demands clear communication and a focus on problem-solving to meet client and company goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and providing actionable insights
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction qualities, with a customer-first mindset
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external interactions
- Basic knowledge of Sales Operations, including support and coordination tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
