Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to strengthen our outbound sales and engagement engine. In this role, you will contribute directly to revenue growth by building high-quality Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), executing structured outreach campaigns, and ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings and demos.
As an AI-first organization, we expect you to actively utilize AI tools to enhance research, personalization, and conversion rates across the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
ICP List Building & Market Research
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) aligned with business priorities
- Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other enrichment platforms
- Ensure accurate and validated data entry into CRM systems
Lead Nurturing & Outreach
- Plan and execute structured email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Personalize communication using AI tools while maintaining brand consistency
- Track engagement metrics and optimize follow-up strategies
Meeting & Demo Scheduling
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings through proactive follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and prospects for seamless scheduling
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy
Customer Engagement Support
- Assist in building and maintaining prospect relationships
- Prepare briefing notes and support post-meeting follow-ups
- Ensure consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
AI-First Execution (Mandatory)
- Leverage AI tools for research, segmentation, outreach, and summarization
- Identify automation opportunities within sales workflows
- Continuously improve outreach performance using data-driven insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Business Development Support
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and outreach platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up discipline and process orientation
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience working with US clients is an advantage
