Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote solar energy solutions and generate business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for client meetings, lead generation, sales follow-ups, and achieving sales targets for rooftop and industrial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and online inquiries
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to explain solar solutions
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar systems
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
- Follow up with customers for inquiries and order closure
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales coordination
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of solar products and renewable energy
- Strong convincing and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
