Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Executive located in Faridabad. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining customer records. They will provide business support by coordinating with clients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams. The role will also involve market research, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in customer interaction, relationship building, and client management
- Technical and analytical skills for creating and managing reports, documentation, and proposals
- Proficiency in the use of CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a sales or customer support-related position is preferred
