Job Overview
We are looking for a
Sales & Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also involves assisting customers with product onboarding, usage guidance, and follow-ups to ensure they get maximum value from the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide product support via calls, emails, or remote access
- Assist customers with onboarding, product implementation, and basic training
- Ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure proper issue closure and product understanding
- Escalate complex technical issues to the internal technical team
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Stay updated with product features and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree (B.Com preferred)
- BBA or equivalent streams may also apply
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or software support (Freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts is an added advantage
- Exposure to Tally or accounting software will be a plus (training will be provided)
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer handling ability
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
