Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, preparing sales quotes, processing invoices, and addressing customer inquiries. The candidate will assist the sales team in maintaining client relationships, managing databases, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, supporting order management, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling client interactions and team collaboration
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotes and processing invoices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking sales metrics and improving order management processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or sales software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
