Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Sales Support Executive. The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and coordinating order processing. The Sales Support Executive will track sales metrics, assist in resolving client issues, and ensure smooth communication between sales, production, and logistics teams. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative skills such as creating quotations, managing schedules, and maintaining records accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Basic knowledge of sales operations and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to assist in order processing and tracking sales metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in the electrical manufacturing or related industry is a plus
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM platforms, or AI-based solutions is advantageous
