🚨 We’re Hiring | Sales Support Executive –
📍 Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our growing manufacturing team.
🔹 Work Schedule:
• 2 Days Work From Home (US Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM)
• 4 Days Work From Office (General Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing commercially clear sales orders in the system
• Creating Sales Order BOQ / Work Orders and coordinating with factory along with drawings
• Maintaining and updating records in File Management System
• Preparing Proforma Invoices
• Coordinating with factory teams and following up with clients for payments/collections
• Ensuring proper documentation and approvals before dispatch
• Providing timely order status updates to the Sales Team
• Handling customer complaints and updating them in the system
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in sales coordination/support (preferably manufacturing industry)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
