Job Summary :-
The Sales Support Engineer will assist the sales team by managing techno-commercial enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with customers, and providing technical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, and stock checks (SAP/ERP).
- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations.
- Handle enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers for regional requirements.
- Provide technical clarification and support to customers.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely communication with customers.
Requirements :-
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP training will be provided if required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills.
