Job Summary :-

The Sales Support Engineer will assist the sales team by managing techno-commercial enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with customers, and providing technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, and stock checks (SAP/ERP).
• Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations.
• Handle enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers for regional requirements.
• Provide technical clarification and support to customers.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely communication with customers.

Requirements :-

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP training will be provided if required).
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills.
