Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Support Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical assistance to clients, interpret their needs, and recommend expert solutions tailored to industrial applications. The role involves offering technical support, managing sales and customer accounts, ensuring a smooth sales process, and handling client inquiries with professionalism. This position also requires close communication with global suppliers to coordinate the delivery of products and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify customer requirements and provide effective industrial solutions
- Proficiency in Technical Support with a solid understanding of engineering products and automated systems
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales Operations and Account Management to handle sales processes and maintain client relationships effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous industry experience or exposure to industrial automation and precision engineering products is advantageous
