Job Title: Sales Support Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Engineer to support our growing sales team. This role involves managing client interactions, coordinating order execution, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain CRM data and generate reports for tracking performance
- Coordinate with clients for order updates, queries, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries
- Assist in achieving sales targets through efficient backend support
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination/support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
