Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our commercial lead based in London. This role sits across sales support, CRM hygiene, market research, internal coordination, and marketing collateral management.
You will help keep our commercial engine running day to day: updating CRM records, tracking follow-ups, researching new agencies and prospects, coordinating with campaign and design teams, and ensuring decks, proposals, and supporting materials are accurate and up to date.
This is a strong fit for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-moving B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales operations, including CRM updates, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and account research
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and outreach activity
- Research target agencies, brands, and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and other secondary sources
- Coordinate with campaign, delivery, and design teams to ensure timely creation and updating of decks, proposals, and sales materials
- Keep marketing and sales collateral organised, current, and easy for the team to access and use
- Assist in preparing client-facing presentations, proposals, case study documents, and follow-up materials
- Track outreach activity, meetings, next steps, and campaign timelines to ensure nothing slips
- Liaise across internal teams and support smooth communication between commercial, delivery, and customer-facing stakeholders
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new agency and client opportunities
- Help improve internal workflows, trackers, and coordination across sales and marketing processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, marketing operations, commercial support, or a similar business support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfortable doing structured prospect and company research using LinkedIn and other online sources
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Willing to work with significant overlap to UK working hours
Good to Have
- Experience supporting B2B sales or marketing teams
- Experience maintaining decks, proposals, and sales collateral
- Familiarity with agency, media, demand generation, or SaaS environments
- Exposure to tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or similar workflow tools
