Role Description
The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include Receive and process sales order accurately using systems like ERP tools. Co-ordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of cosmetics and skincare products. Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing and shipping timelines. Manage the distribution of product samples and testers. Liaise wit R&D or product development teams to provide technical details (formulation, packaging options) to potential B2B clients. Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports, performance trackers and market insight dashboards for management. Assist in organizing beauty expos, trade fairs and in-store promotional events. Manage the inventory of marketing materials like sales kits and brochures or prospects and share with internal teams.
Specific Skills and Knowledge:
Familiarity with cosmetic ingredients, beauty trends and personal care distribution channels (General Trade, salons or E-commerce)
Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between creative marketing teams and technical production staff.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to review and interpret sales data for actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating between departments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a high-energy, results-oriented team environment.
- Proficient in relevant software tools such as MS Office. Knowledge of sales or CRM systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2B or the Cosmeceutical, Dermatology, or Nutraceutical industries is advantageous.
Work Experience
2 to 3 years' Experience in sales
Preferred industry background- Pharma, Chemical, Cosmetics
