Sales Support Associate:
Role Objective:
To support the sales and admissions teams by managing leads, maintaining CRM data, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring timely follow-ups to improve enrollment conversions and overall sales efficiency.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business/Management/Marketing)
- Basic knowledge calling platforms, and digital communication channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing inbound leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses to prospective learners.
- Maintain and update lead data, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Respond to basic program-related queries and guide prospects to the appropriate team when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports, lead status updates, and performance summaries for management.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by ensuring proper lead distribution and follow-up.
