About The Role
We’re looking for a
Sales Support Associate to help drive client growth by supporting our Account Management and Sales teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client communication, supporting pipeline activity, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Follow up with clients across different stages of the sales pipeline
- Respond to inbound client inquiries via email
- Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
- Support account managers with day-to-day sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to move deals forward
- Ensure timely and professional client communication
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setup

Tech & Work Requirements
- Minimum of Core i5 or Ryzen 5 with at least 8GB RAM
- 20 Mbps internet connection (LAN) + 10 Mbps backup required
