Role Description The Sales Support Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the team member supports the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. The position involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, managing documentation, and responding to customer inquiries. The Sales Support Assistant helps organize sales materials, assists with proposals and presentations, and tracks sales activities and follow-ups. This role requires consistent collaboration with sales representatives and a strong focus on providing efficient, professional service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic sales support skills, such as order processing, quotation preparation, and documentation handling.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in sales coordination or support, ideally within lighting, architecture, or design-related industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
