We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will supervise on-site work, manage labour teams, and coordinate with vendors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and as per plan.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities
• Handle labour management and team coordination
• Check materials and monitor stock at site
• Ensure work execution as per project plan and timeline
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Maintain safety and quality standards at site
• Report site progress to management regularly
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in site supervision
• Basic knowledge of interior, furniture, or construction work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage site activities and workforce efficiently
Additional Benefits
• Travel to different project sites for installation work
• Travel allowance provided by the company
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
