Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Kolkata. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing training and guidance to achieve sales targets. The role includes analyzing sales data, handling customer service escalations, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds performance benchmarks. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for strategizing and implementing sales plans and fostering strong communication within the team to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead and mentor sales professionals effectively
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and foster team collaboration
- Proficient Analytical Skills to track, analyze, and improve sales performance
- Proven experience in sales, team supervision, and meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in an on-site role and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
