Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a motivated professional to join as a Sales Study Abroad Specialist. The key responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the study abroad process, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable programs, and selling packages to their needs The role involves assisting with university application processes, conducting follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience, and meeting enrollment targets. Effective collaboration with internal teams and partners is essential for achieving success in this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years in study abroad sector
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families
• Proven experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the education or study abroad sector
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic understanding of digital tools is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving enrollment and sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates with international exposure or education
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed globally
