Role: Sales Structuring
Key Job Responsibilities
- Sales/Structuring Support: Work with internal structuring and the sales teams across locations and support them in
- Customised structuring and risk management solution requests,
- Product ideation based on markets research, trends and analysis
- Pricing of derivative structures using internal pricers
- Client analysis and monitoring
- Preparing qualitative and effective sales pitches
- Efficient derivatives deal execution with internal structuring team after ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal policies as applicable. Prepare termsheets and confirmations for derivatives
- Be up to date with the markets, prepare reports on key developments in the economy impacting currency and interest rate markets and provide market outlook
- Take initiatives to come up with product ideas based on market research, macro, micro, technical and fundamental analysis
Key Requirements
- Work Experience of 5-7 years of which atleast 4 years in the Financial Markets function
- Understanding of derivative products such as swaps and options and ability to price the same
- Understanding of Fx and interest rate markets and ability to generate product ideas given market dynamics
- Updated knowledge of RBI guidelines affecting the business. Adhering to such guidelines while executing and conducting Financial Markets business;
- Knowledge of platforms such as Reuters/ Bloomberg/ Murex etc
