Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Strategy Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for business development, lead generation, customer engagement, and maintaining lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, creating targeted sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and delivering presentations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and grow sales revenue.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in crafting and delivering impactful sales presentations
- Understanding of renewable energy solutions, particularly energy storage systems, is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently on-site in Noida
- Exposure to C&I / utility-scale projects
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DISCOMs, open access, etc.)
- Experience with tendering / EPC coordination
- Excel modelling, financial analysis, and data analytics to drive business insights and decision-making
Preference for candidates with prior experience in the power sector, particularly in renewable energy or energy storage systems
