Location: Gurugram (Hybrid: 2–3 days from office)
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to drive sales growth, build scalable lead generation systems, and optimize conversion funnels. The Sales Strategist will play a critical role in designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies across IT and Accounting domain.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across target segments.
● Design and optimize lead generation funnels using web forms, landing pages, chatbots, and automated workflows.
● Manage lead nurturing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
● Own CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom) ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
● Analyze sales data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
● Collaborate with Marketing and Business teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
● Identify new market opportunities across IT and Accounting domains.
● Improve conversion rates through consultative selling approaches and structured frameworks.
● Establish scalable processes for lead acquisition, tracking, and sales operations.
● Actively interact with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Leadership) to drive sales closure and revenue targets.
● Provide solutions to challenges in lead conversion, funnel optimization, and sales execution.
● Support audits, reporting, and performance tracking related to sales operations and revenue metrics.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 4–8 years in Sales Strategy, Business Development, or Growth RolesKey Skills:

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● High ownership, proactive, and growth-focused
● Strong background in SaaS sales and growth strategy
