Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Store Manager for the Siemens brand, based in Surat. The Sales Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, managing inventory to minimize losses, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. The role will also involve training staff and implementing strategies to drive footfall and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in Store Management, including team management and achievement of sales targets.
- Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure minimal stock loss and maintain operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach to reach sales goals efficiently.
- Proficiency in using retail management tools and software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing premium or high-end retail stores is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
