Kasturi Kundal is looking for an experienced Sales & Store Manager to lead client experience and day-to-day retail operations at our Mehrauli store in Delhi.
We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of luxury retail, Indian textiles, and client relationship building, who can represent the brand with warmth, grace, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients in selecting saris and garments
• Confidently drape saris and guide styling for different occasions
• Explain fabrics, weaves, and craftsmanship to clients
• Manage daily store operations, billing, inventory, and store upkeep
• Handle client communication on phone and WhatsApp
• Build long-term relationships with clients and support private appointments
Preferred Criteria
• Prior experience in luxury fashion/boutique retail
• Must know sari draping well
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Interest in handloom, textiles, and Indian craft
• Well-groomed, organised, and comfortable with a luxury clientele
Location: Mehrauli, New Delhi
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years preferred
