Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi. The Sales Staff is responsible for engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable electrical wire products. Daily tasks include explaining product features and pricing, preparing and processing orders, coordinating with the inventory and billing teams, and ensuring timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up with customers for repeat business, and supporting promotional activities to increase store footfall. The Sales Staff is expected to uphold company standards of customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including understanding customer needs, presenting product benefits, and closing sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products or willingness to quickly learn technical details of electrical wires and related accessories.
- Organizational and record-keeping skills to manage orders, invoices, and customer information accurately.
- Comfort with basic computer usage and point-of-sale or billing systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, including standing for extended periods and handling stock or samples as needed.
- Prior experience in retail, electrical goods, or related sales roles is mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; higher education in commerce or a related field is an advantage.
