Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Silvassa. Key daily tasks include prospecting leads, building client relationships, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Willingness to work on-site in Silvassa
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or construction-related industries is an advantage
