Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to work from home as necessary. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients, presenting our hydroponic and microgreens produce offerings, and driving sales with cafes, restaurants, retailers, and distributors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, assisting with product promotion, attending sales meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also involves supporting the development of business strategies and meeting monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Relationship Building, and Negotiation
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of the Agriculture, Produce, or Food Industry is a plus
- Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies and conduct Market Analysis
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and Digital Sales Tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and site visits
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture
