Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff position based in Gurugram. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining client relationships, assisting in showroom operations, generating leads, and effectively communicating product knowledge and specifications to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales and negotiation expertise with a track record of achieving targets
- An understanding of modular furniture or home interiors, with the ability to explain product features
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales management software is desirable
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client requirements
- Ability to thrive in an on-site working environment at the Gurugram location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in furniture, interior design, or retail sales is an advantage
