Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting books, maintaining organized shelves, processing transactions, and managing inventory. The role also includes promoting customer satisfaction, supporting in-store promotions, and helping ensure the overall efficiency of daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and assist customers
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation
- Ability to handle point-of-sale systems for transactions
- A genuine passion for books and reading
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage
- Graduate or equivalent education required
