Role Description
The Sales Staff role at Anytime Fitness India is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, conducting facility tours for prospective members, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. The role involves engaging with members to understand their fitness goals, promoting personal training packages as per their requirements, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure member satisfaction. Team coordination and participation in promotional campaigns will also be key components of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into memberships and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, positive relationships with members and prospects.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions for fitness programs or personal training packages.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute positively in a dynamic and energetic environment.
- Basic proficiency in using technology and CRM systems for lead management and sales tracking is a plus.
- Passion for fitness and wellness; previous experience in the fitness industry or similar customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
