About the Role
UAbility helps coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs scale their businesses through structured
programs and client success systems. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our leadership
team to build scalable, data-driven fulfilment operations that deliver exceptional client outcomes.
We are looking for a Sales Auditor who will be responsible for evaluating, training, and supporting our
sales team to drive consistent performance and compliance. This role combines call auditing, sales
training, and data-driven performance improvement. You’ll work closely with the Sales leadership team to
enhance team effectiveness, identify gaps, and ensure every representative adheres to UAbility’s sales
playbook and communication standards.
What You’ll Do
● Audit sales calls to ensure alignment with central scripts, product communication, and compliance
guidelines.
● Identify skill or behavior gaps in individual sales representatives and provide targeted training
sessions.
● Flag any compliance or ethical red flags to the management team for timely intervention.
● Maintain structured records of sales team performance, improvement trends, and audit data.
● Conduct training and ramp-up programs for newly onboarded sales team members.
● Collaborate with Sales Managers to create improvement plans and track measurable outcomes.
● Provide periodic feedback and reports on overall sales quality metrics and improvement progress.
Key Performance Indicators
● 100% of active sales calls audited as per weekly targets.
● Improvement in individual and team sales compliance scores.
● Reduction in repeated call-level compliance or communication issues.
● Improved conversion performance post training sessions.
● Timely ramp-up of new sales hires with measurable performance improvements.
What We’re Looking For
● Bachelor’s degree required.
● Prior experience in Sales, Sales Training, or Sales Quality/Auditing roles.
● Strong understanding of sales processes, customer communication, and objection handling.
● Excellent communication, listening, and feedback delivery skills.
● Ability to identify root causes and design actionable improvement plans.
● Proficient in maintaining and analyzing data to measure performance and progress.
● Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven
environment.
