Sales Specialist (Solar System)
📍 Location: Mohali (Onsite)
⏰ Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solar System Sales Specialist with experience in international sales (preferably the Australian market). The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, outbound calling, and closing deals, with excellent communication skills and a neutral/Australian accent.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, databases, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market
- Present and explain solar energy solutions to prospective clients
- Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in international sales (Australian process preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and outbound calling
- Ability to work in early morning shifts
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Prior experience in solar/renewable energy sales is a plus
