Role Description:
Looking for a target-driven and customer-focused Deputy Manager – Site Sales to manage on-site sales activities and support lead conversion. The role primarily involves handling walk-in customers, coordinating with leads generated by marketing/B2B teams, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth on-site customer experience and achieving assigned sales targets through effective follow-ups and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or relevant field
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales
- Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills
- Understanding of customer handling and sales conversion process
- Basic knowledge of real estate products, pricing and documentation
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and explain project details, pricing and offerings
- Conduct local field visits, market exploration, and local networking to build a strong customer pipeline
- Coordinate with prospects and ensure site visits to project locations
- Conduct site visits and give proper project presentations to prospects
- Follow up with leads provided by telecalling, marketing, and B2B teams
- Convert leads into bookings and support registration process
- Maintain proper lead data, follow-up records, and sales reports
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and referrals
- Coordinate with CRM and accounts team for smooth booking and documentation process
- Stay updated with project details, availability, pricing, and offers
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets assigned by management
- Support senior sales team in closing high-value deals when required
- Maintain professional behavior and high-quality customer interaction on-site
