1. Sales & Business Development Executive (Remote – India)
Experience: 2–3 Years
What You’ll Do
* Identify and qualify potential customers.
* Generate leads through outbound prospecting.
* Conduct cold calls and outreach emails.
* Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
* Meet prospective customers and understand their business needs.
* Follow up consistently until deals are successfully closed.
* Build strategic partnerships and generate referral opportunities.
* Work closely with the product team to accelerate business growth.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
* Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
Compensation
* ₹3.5–4.0 LPA (Fixed Salary)

2. Package Developer (Remote – India)

What You’ll Do
* Develop reusable packages and modules on the Bitlyne platform.
* Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software components.
* Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
* Write clean, well-documented, and high-quality code.
* Continuously improve existing packages and platform capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong programming fundamentals.
* Experience with modern web development technologies.
* Passion for building reusable software and solving complex problems.
* Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Compensation
* Full-time: ₹1.5–2.0 LPA
* Internship opportunities are also available for motivated students and fresh graduates.
